NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 4,532 Organization updates, 19,638 individual updates and 390 deactivations. California is the leading state this week with 3,030 updates remains the leading state of the 24,560 updates. 
New York, with 385 updates remains the leading city this week from the 2,181 updates of the top ten cities.
