NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 3,689 Organization updates, 11,545 individual updates and 543 deactivations. California is the leading state this week with 1,799. Florida follows in second place.New York, with 197 updates is the new leading city this week from the 1,277 updates of the top ten cities. In the last update, Chicago was the leading city with 157 updates.
